Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., has made several changes to his health care overhaul bill. They include increasingÌýsubsidies to help more low-income people purchase health care insuranceÌýand loweringÌýthe financial penalty for people who failÌýtoÌýobtain health careÌýcoverage.ÌýThe Finance panel began its consideration of the bill earlier today.
